Trainers are creatures of habit and certain trainers aim to bring their runners to peak form at different times of the year. Each month I’ll be highlighting trainers who have performed well in certain spheres for the forthcoming month.

Results date back to 1997 unless otherwise stated.

The market was a good guide with six of the 11 runners going off at less than 2/1 winning. All but three of the winners came from the first two in the market and these well supported runners won 18 of their 46 races for a £21.10 profit.
