Losing Lays 2 are a horse racing lay tipping service that uses a unique software program that analyses the betting exchange lay markets to find horses that have a high probability of losing.  All lay selections are sent out either by email or by SMS text to your mobile phone, between 12 noon and 1 pm on the day of racing.
